 Recently former Rutgers linebacker Morgan Carter transferred from the Scarlet Knights to the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. The Jackets have had success with Big East transfers, namely Anthony Allen.  Georgia Tech head coach Paul Johnson doesn't as reported by the ajc.com. Johnson makes some valid points. You really don't know the teams until they've played. It does probably take about 4 weeks to really to get a feel for how good teams are relative to each other.
